After leaving the Tojo Clan, Goro Majima takes up a new interest in land development of all things, forming Majima Construction. There, he gains the exclusive rights to an extravagant new project - The Kamurocho Hills. But as with all real estate in Kamurocho, nothing goes unchallenged. Keiji Mutoh, CEO of Mutoh Realty, gathers the local gangs and his most powerful land sharks, launching repeated assaults on Majima Construction. Facing delays that could jeopardize the project, Kazuma Kiryu steps in to repay a great debt to Majima. But can their combined forces repel the power of some of Japan's strongest wrestlers?

Simply speak with Majima in front of the Kamurocho Hills Construction office. From there, you'll choose nine employees to go out on a mission and defend your construction site! Find that you're struggling? Just invest in better gear!
